Parma First Time Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance - This program provides down payment assistance of up to 10% of the purchase price, maximum $10,000, for first time home buyers. Funds are very limited this year and are expected to go very quickly. Applications are now being accepted (begining Jan 2010). |
